Physical Therapists
Ross Dover, PT, got his degree from Cal State Northridge in 1983. His wife, Debbie was in the same class. After working at UCLA and General Hospital, they bought Morro Bay Physical Therapy in 1988. In 1992 they expanded and added a small fitness center. They moved and expanded again in September of 2003. Ross enjoys manual therapy, orthopedic therapy and rehabilitation of athletes of all ages. He has worked to blend physical therapy and fitness in a symbiotic relationship. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, running and working on home projects. Ross resides in San Luis Obispo with his wife and his daughters are away in college.
Justin Banks received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University in 2005. After working for 3 years in Louisville, KY he decided to return home to the Central Coast. His professional interests include manual and general orthopedic physical therapy. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist as well as a USA Track and Field Certified Coach . He enjoys treating a wide range of patient types and conditions. His personal interests include spending time with family and friends, running, watching sports he can't play and 80's music.

A sport Justin can definitely play is long distance running. In July 2008, he won the local Brian Waterbury Rock to Pier Fun Run (wearing a FitnessWorks T-shirt) and ran all through high school (Atascadero) and in college at University of Louisville.

Justin has a lot of ideas for expanding the ways we can enhance the patient's experiences and providing even greater range to our fitness members.
