Cardio Area
We have a large cardio area where each machine is hooked up to Broadcast Vision so members can choose to watch our five TV's or listen to music stations. With built in heart rate monitors, we have a machine for everyone to achieve a great cardiovascular workout:

Selectorized Area
The selectorized area has a machine designed to target every major muscle group of the body. Each machine is easily adjusted with the help of pictures and brightly colored pins. We have machines made by quality commercial manufacturers including Magnum, Paramount, Nautilus and Free Motion.

Group Fitness Room

Spin Room
The dedicated Spinning® Studio has Star Trac Spinner XT bikes and Johnny G Spinner Pro bikes, mirrors and a great sound system which allows the instructor to lead the cycling group on an imaginary trip for a complete cardiovascular workout. Click here for more information about our Classes.

Stretching Area
This area features multiple stretching areas and a variety of accessories including exercise bands, stability and medicine balls, BOSU trainers, and dumbbells for additional exercise options.

Pro Shop
We have a variety of quality workout apparel including shirts, and sweatshirts. Yoga mats, lifting gloves, padded bicycle seat covers, headphones, CD tune belts and other accessories are also available at competitive prices. We now have MET-Rx Worldwide products. KidWorks
A colorful and fun room where children ages 3 months to 12 years old can play and feel safe under constant supervision while their parents are working out in the gym. Spaces are limited so reservations are recommended. Click here for more information about KidWorks, our childcare service.

Lounge
A relaxing area that is open to the public and includes a leather couch and big screen TV. Chilled drinks and pre-packaged snack are for sale at the Front Desk.

Lockers and Showers
The staff checks on the locker rooms and restrooms throughout the day to make sure they are fully stocked and most importantly, nice and clean! We pride ourselves in the personal touches such as a hair dryer and cuetips for added convenience to our members.

Massage Therapy
A tranquil room complete with candles and music to enjoy a relaxing massage by one of our certified massage practitioners.

Maintenance
We take pride in the cleanliness of our facility and that our equipment is working properly for the safety of our members. To ensure this, our Maintenance Engineer works here every week and he is also available on-call to minimize the time the "Out of Order" sign is posted on a machine. The staff regularly walks through the facility during opening hours as well as a professional who comes several times a week for extensive cleaning.

Physical Therapy Clinic
